Shantel is awesome! My wife and I were first time home buyers and every step of the way she was more than willing to explain things we didn't understand, answer all of our questions, and was truly making us her first priority. Anything she could find that would help us save some money or make our process easier she would let us know, but never forced us to do anything, just informed us of all our options and gave good advice which was very helpful.
