The manager is not friendly, I need to used the restroom she didn’t allowed me to do so even though it’s was emergency and there is no public restroom for customers. . I hope your company should train the manager more because she is not fix to be in that position in the meantime. I am running the nails business if my employees act like that they should be fired no matter what.. Super helpful and beyond friendly, absolutely great service. Carrie and Karen were phenomenal! And so fun too. Made a tough situation so much better
