I was very impressed with my experience at Loanmax. Mostly due to Christella, the manager. She is highly competent and professional as well as being friendly and fun. She helped me through the process quickly and with ease, explaining everything carefully to me, making sure that I was thoroughly informed. Leah also was delightful, helpful, and has a welcoming personality. Their positive energy followed me home.

Loanmax has a welcoming atmosphere, no judgement just smiles all around. Christella is a wonderful lady with such energy of comfort. There's clarification in all questions being answered and they work well together, speeding up the process.
This was my first time requesting a loan. Leah Could not have made the process more simple. She is very kind and Patient. I felt very comfortable with her. She made me feel like family, explained everything to me and it was just very easy to talk to her Cristella also was awesome & kind! I would certainly recommend coming here if you are in need of a title loan. Both ladies are very sweet
