As a first time home buyer, I was very lucky to have found LoanDepot. They’re very knowledgeable and efficient. My loan officer, Ting, would patiently walk me through the entire process and answer my questions promptly, even outside of their office hours. She made me feel safe and confident to know that someone out there was working very hard to make sure I could buy my dream home. When interest rate started to climb, many unforeseen variables took place on my son's loan application. Ting at loanDepot did an excellent job in finding a loan with good interest rate and features for him. Throughout the loan process, she was courteous and very responsive to my son's inquiry and document submission.
