Dear James Atwood (the best loan guy, EVER), I want to thank you for helping our family buy a home! Your ability to take a highly stressful situation and make it seamless is the stuff of legends! Pre-James, my husband and I had made a terribly mistake. We explored other options (a broker) outside of James. That was a silly, time-consuming mistake (which cost us a ding on our credit). I was receiving calls from them after they got my info from an online inquiry. I told one caller I was not interested anymore and to please remove me from call list. They kept calling me for weeks. I finally answered and spoke with another salesperson who was EXTREMEY rude. I told him I had already asked to be removed and wasn't interested anymore he kept pushing. I told him he has now solidified my decision by not taking no for an answer and remove me he then said "well I don't care". Horrible customer service.
