Despite speaking directly with "Natalie" multiple times, I CONTINUED to get the automated call trying to set me up with an agent. IF that wasn't enough??? I gave "Natalie" a PRIVATE email address that has only been used for family, close friends & medical. Carrie moves rapidly and is very good at answering questions and giving directions to continue protocol.
Carrie McCoy is truly your biggest asset she was amazing, always made herself available to us. Answered every question with patience and great customer service. I have never experienced such care and her willingness to help others. You can tell she loves her job and helping people. We were referred to loan depot by our friends because of Carrie. She is amazing!
Stacey was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond. If it wasn't for her I might have gave up on getting a house.
