They keep calling me back to back asking if I'm interested in a loan. I am not. They will not stop calling me. Blocked their number and now they're calling from a new number. I do not have a loan through them and have never had a loan through them. I have also never applied for a loan through them.
Rebecca was very apt to help whenever I had a question. Rebecca has a positive attitude, which I gel with people of similar dispositions very easily. I will definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a mortgage originator, or mortgage lender or whichever is her proper title, she will be on the short list to recommend
I am in the process of a second mortgage loan with loan Depot. After reading these reviews I think I will cancel it because it does seem a little like a scam. They are supposed to be professional but they do not seem to know what they are doing. Each one keeps asking for the same documents that have been sent. The left hand does not know what the right is doing. It has been almost two months since the loan was processed. I think I will cancel!
Wrong address they need to update Google Maps
My loan officer Dwinnie told me l would be getting certain credit cards paid off so to put my $500 appraisal on one of them. Then I get all my stuff and it's not paid off. so now instead of a $175 balance I have a $700 balance I have to pay off. Find another loan company. Not this scam
