I was looking for a HELOC 3 MONTHS AGO. But, since then I have sold my previous house and moved into another house. I continue to get spammed with automated calls from Loan Depot months later. Please, don't give them your info unless you are into this kind of thing.
Ammie is great. She showed more interest in our needs and more concern for our success than our realtor did. However, I can't recommend any lender who works with realtor Tim Sisler or the company he works for (Author Solomon Coldwell Heritage group). He is unethical and only pretends to be inclusive. It makes me question the ethics of anyone who would be willing to work with him. Also, LoanDepot immediately turned around and sold our loan to another company that we would not have wanted our home mortgage to be with.
Ammie is an awesome lender and she made the whole house buying experience easy and seamless. Great overall experience
