I wanted to give this company a great review. I worked with Mrs. Brown and christen recently promoted to his new position. I did help in assisting them with my loan. When you take out a home Equity it up to the customer to follow up and send all your documents in a timely manner. The loan officer and manager has lots of cases and can miss things as well . Wow! I really don’t know where to begin. It has been 45 days since I started the loan process with them! It is amazing that I’m trying to refinance a house and only asking for a quarter of its value. I owe nothing on any other properties and have good credit yet they keep asking me about properties that I don’t own They asked me about companies that closed five years ago I answered their questions and literally they keep asking me from five different agents the same questions. BEWARE TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION!! Of course they tacked on the loan costs after Anthony, the agent said there were absolutely ZERO COSTS UPFRONT OR TACKED ON. He didn’t even have the courtesy to email me back when asking did he receive all documents. I feel so deceived and usually don’t fall for these things. I should have known when he kept saying, “I don’t need the business” when I kept asking how are you absorbing the costs, his response “I can write it up that way”, I can do what I want when asking are you sure there are ... read more
