The following review is posted on BBB, google, yelp, facebook, BB, word of mouth, etc. I rejected LoanDepot’s 1st offer because it wasn’t even close to beating Costco Lender’s offers. Later LoanDepot matched Costco Lenders rate of 2.99% and LoanDepot promised to beat the Costco lender fees. They gave me almost $1800 in lender credits to beat Costco.
