The person we talked to was very pushy even though he kept saying that he doesn’t want to be pushy. Then we received a mostly filled out loan application in the mail with all of our sensitive personal information on it and he even hard pulled our credit after I told the agent that I didn’t want him to. He assured me he wouldn’t but did anyway. I have never such a negative experience with a lender and this experience has ensured that I will never use loandepot in the future and will steer people away.
