Carrieanne Coloma is extremely knowledgeable and has the ability to explain in simple and clear terms the options and implications of the mortgage application and approval process. I have made multiple mortgages during the past 20 years and I have never met someone so effective. Additionally, she demonstrates that she really cares about the client, she is always available, and takes the time to respond questions thoroughly.
