I had a very disappointing experience with LoanDepot during my attempted condo purchase in Miami. Throughout the process, we were repeatedly encouraged to move forward with expenses such as appraisal fees, inspections, and condominium document fees, only to later find out that the condo allegedly did not meet reserve requirements for financing.
