They are extremely quick to answer the phone when you’re looking to refinance and pull money out, but once there’s an issue, the customer service is completely different. I have been left on hold for more than two hours with little to no communication or support. It is incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be treated like a priority when they want your business, but seemingly forgotten when you actually need help. This level of customer service is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.
Stephen Sirop is very professional, experienced and responds quickly to any questions that I might have. His staff also provides effective assistance in order to move the process along.

She went beyond and above her call of duty to get us to the closing table and walked us thru the complete process from start to finish and did not give up on us ever!
