Never heard of this place. They called me and I told the guy I never filled anything out for a loan and that my mortgage was 3% and I had 2 years left why would I want to refinance. He kept insisting I did.no matter what I said he argued with me and grew angrier every time I denied it.so I hung up on him and they have been calling me several times a day since, for about 2 weeks now. Beware of this scam don't answer a wrong number.
Crystal Keefer is the best loan officer! So nice and professional and answered my calls day and night. Really helped explain the process to me. As a first time homebuyer this was exactly what I needed. She worked with me and my realtor to find my perfect home within my price range!
