The loan with them has been one nightmare after another from the beginning 10 years ago. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
Kevin was timely and responsive to our communication from first contact through loan processing and approval. He answered all of our questions, and we had a lot as it has been quite some time since we purchased a home and the rules/regulations have changed substantially. We also were on a tight timeline and he helped to make this possible. We would strongly recommend loanDepot and especially Kevin Ruder for anyone's purchasing needs.
Dave Dominguez and Pamela worked hard to get my loan approved and to closing! Everything was done professionally and with great consideration for my situation! I would definitely recommend this team to my family and friends!

Dave is great at what he's doing for me. I feel heard, and I love his style of communication - simple and clear answers to my questions that are always on top. However, since I've switched the original lender, I'm very much aware that it's more about the loan officer that you're assigned to, than about the company. I mean, some of them are better than others. I feel lucky and blessed to get a loan officer who matches my personal needs.
