Kevin and his team have been exceptional especially when it came down to the very detailed explanation of how the loan works. They were able to find the best options to getting us into contract with the home we fell in love with. Loan Depot made my dream come true....I own a home thanks to the people at Loan Depot. There were some hurdles along the way and they immediately get in touch with you and tell you what to do, to get over those hurdles and cross that finish line and grab those keys to your new home. For all the hurdles, we closed on the home in 45 days...the average number of days from applying for a loan to signing papers to a home. And it is all due the expertise and knowledge of the peolple who work at Loan Depot!!
