Kevin & Amanda were great! They were knowledgeable, responsive, personable, and always available when I needed them. They made a complicated and potentially stressful process go smoothly and I was able to close on my new house on schedule with a sensible mortgage. I was also really happy with the online portal. It made everything super quick and easy and it also allowed me to save important files throughout the process without having to wait for someone to send them to me.
The loan with them has been one nightmare after another from the beginning 10 years ago. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
