Always responds quickly to my questions, and will patiently explain things I don't understand. I always know where we are at in the loan process and what tasks I need to do (if any.) Very interested in meeting my needs for my new home loan.
I have used loan depot previously so I chose them again for a complex debt payoff and they came through with flying colors.
They are the worst! We’ve gotten screwed over trying to do biweekly payments multiple times and they charge a late fee because they inadvertently canceled our biweekly payments.
Communication - online experience - I liked the loan status and progress chart emails. Fair additional discount applied for the delays not caused by me. I did not ask for the discount, and Sarah was proactive making it happen which I did not expect = bigger impact on my customer service experience. Already working with them on new projects.
