Rodney Melao has been very easy to work with. The process of submitting required documents was very simple and Rodney was knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions I had that came up. I highly recommend his services.
Loan depot treats you like any other institution, I’m grateful they gave me a mortgage but i wish there was more patience and communication. When the loan was postponed i found out that the loan was being charged a fee and found out when i read the email, it would have been nice to get this information directly from Sal the mortgage broker.
