I had received calls continuous from LoanDepot so since I was thinking about refinancing I decided to call them. Since I had a bad experience with my mortgage being transferred to a bad servicing company I researched LoanDepot and what is reported on the internet is you start your loan and since they have there own servicing you are with them until the loan is paid off.
