The worst experience possible. Where do I even start. I guess plain and simple, Ana doesn't know much about home loans. First Ana was giving us incredibly inaccurate expectations of loans we could use. She didn't know that loans were different based on a stick built home vs a manufactured home. This is huge change of interest rate from what she has originally quoted us.
