Paul Fortier was an excellent loan officer. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and was with us every step of the process. OPur loan closed quickly and the interest rate was good. We are very impressed with Paul and Loan Depot.
The process has been informative and fast. I got excellent service and an understanding of what I was getting into.
They told us that we needed Fricking hot water tank straps in order to qualify for a refi so we just faked our hot water tank straps we really didn't put any on our hot water heater. So I'm assuming we're still qualified for the loan. Sides that the notary Marlene never stamped any of the copies she gave us so our loan is null and void.
