From our first call, Scott has been personable and professional. He communicates well and is very easy to work with. He handled my initial application quickly and easily over the phone. He has stayed in contact with me throughout the whole purchase process.
Paul Fortier did the finance work for the house I purchased. He was always quick to respond to requests for information and advice—a real advantage in my real estate market where properties move quickly. While there are all sorts of online mortgage companies clamoring for your business, promising lower costs, it's not worth saving a few pennies if you can't get them to answer the phone, as a friend recently experienced. Paul provides personal service, he even came to my closing. I highly recommend him and his team.
She was there for us every step of the way. Fast, accurate, and worked tirelessly to get us a good rate in these volatile times! She helped us navigate a few issues outside the normal routine things that made our lives infinitely easier. You pay a little more for your loan but it’s more than worth it! You you need a lawyer or contractor, are you going with the cheapest guy you can find? Heck NO! Then why pick a cut rate loan company?
