I bought my first house with them and I felt like I hardly even had to think about the whole loan process. Everything important was explained very well and everything else was taken care of in my best interest. Thank you!
Loan Depot had the lowest rate but took 3 months to close, they did not pay our property taxes and has been a month trying to get it straightened out while receiving 2 delinquent notices. Service is not as good and they do not have an autopay option either. Very frustrated and wish I had stayed with Rocket Mortgage and refinanced there.
If I could give a negative rating I would. Worst place in the world to get help with financial advise or even a loan at that matter. I got ahold of Jeremy live say and had worked with him for a few weeks pulling credit and seeing what ended to be done to help with building my score to be able to fully apply. Like I said we messaged and talked back and forth for a few weeks back in June and he stated to give him until the 10th of the month to allow him to pull my credit and it not take a hit. Jeremy and Brittany went above and beyond by thoroughly explaining our new loan and quickly getting our questions answered. They exhibited a high level of Customer Service and made the loan process less stressful for us, which is a talent that most can not accomplish in Sales or Customer Service. We would highly recommend anyone considering a new purchase or refinance to give them a call, if you want the best competitive offer and a stress free experience!
