Getting the mortgage was incredibly easy and professional. This score reflects the difficulty I had with the mortgage servicing department. When I made my mortgage payment online, I screwed up my bank account info. That’s my fault. So when they call about the payment I agree to make the payment with the agent on the phone for an additional $10. I thought that was the end of it then I get another call saying the payment is due.
