Theresa was a huge help in securing the loan for my moms unique situation. She was informative and great at communicating the next steps in the process.
The response and process was quick and easy. However, I selected a rate of 7% for 20 years with the auto pay discount of .25 and after the loan processed the rate was 7.25% with the discount of .25. No one has explained why the rate changed in 1 day. Disappointed in the customer service end after the application was sent through.
