Ya know if I could I give y’all no stars. You don’t take care of what THE CUSTOMER WANTS. You decide to go with the highest possible then talk to the Individual as if they didn’t have access to the internet and what the real % are. You need to go with the best deal first not the 3rd or 4th time you talk to them. Your company is only in for how much money you can take from the individual not what you can do for the veteran.
