Bart Segreto jumped in to alleviate issues that could have risked our closing deadline. He is very experienced and the outcome could have been different with someone else. I don't believe another lender could have gotten our loan closed in the timeframe given and we are very grateful we found LoanDepot.

John Gugliotti (loan consultant) and Matt McCullough (loan specialist) answered all my questions, were extremely responsive, and ensured I was kept up to date along the way. Beyond grateful for them for making this a seamless process. My relator at first advised me to go with a local company but from the beginning I felt very comfortable with John. The first interaction my relator had with John, my realtors reservations went out the window and he knew I was in good hands.
