I originally applied for a home loan with this company, I felt like the loan officer Art was very unhelpful and seemed to me like he wasn’t interested in helping me! This guy was trying to tell me I was only bringing in 2100 dollars a month, why would I be applying for a home loan if that was my situation. Even after sending over my pay stubs Art was still trying to down play my income for whatever reason. I went with my realtors lender they had me approved in less than an hour. Today I closed on my first home!!!

I have had 32 calls from them today alone. I didn't apply for any loan and they won't stop calling me trying to sell me their loan to refinance my loan I am guessing for almost double the interest. I reached out to the attorney General as I am on the do not call registry. We will see who owes who.
Not happy with this company. No contact or explanation why they stopped working on my mortgage loan. Loan officer also stopped all communication. I went to another mortgage company had me pre approved for a higher loan amount and always stay in communication with me.
I had the pleasure to work with Amy Corona and she went above and beyond to help me! I’m so glad I chose Loan Depot, we closed sooner than expected!!!
