I wish I could rate this financial institution a -10. They don’t deserve one star. Absolute nightmare. I used them for a renovation loan. Long story short, Lawyers needed to step in. Loan Depot feels it’s perfectly legal to blackmail their customers. They refused to release money unless I signed a new contract after 12 months working under our original contract. They caught a mistake in the contract 12 months after signing. Yes, 12 months. Here is a tip…have a lawyer on speed dial if for some reason you are soooooo desperate... read more
