Place is garbage. They are so mixed up and don't accept any guilt. They don't know what they doing. They have no mercy. They have no customer service. They simply don't care about anything. Will be refinancing and letting world know these people suck. This includes those you talk on phone with also. If I could only meet them in person.
WATCH YOUR ESCROW ACCOUNT!!! This shady company will ignore it so they can spring a HUGE mortgage adjustment. And then blame that negative balance on your insurance company or your tax assessors office
Horrible customer service, phone line keep repeating the same sentence over and over. You never could get a hold of customer service.
