Ajit was excellent to deal with. He managed to get us a significantly better interest rate than we could get ourselves. There is a lot of paperwork to submit when switching lenders, but Ajit and his team made it very clear what information was needed/missing at all times and it was a straightforward process to upload all documentation. We are very grateful to Ajit for his help in securing our current mortgage.
