The girls at loan that label were a huge help with finding the perfect dress for my friends wedding. I went in with almost no idea what I was looking for, they suggested a range of styles and colours to suit my skin tone and body shape. The dress I hired was absolutely stunning. The day after the wedding I realised my bracelet had pulled threads down the front & side of the dress, I thought the damage was unrepairable. I had a very poor experience at Loan that Label. Not only was the customer service lacking, but the staff’s attitude regarding sizing was incredibly dismissive. It’s clear they aren't interested in catering to anyone over a size 10. I genuinely hate leaving negative feedback and almost never do so, but this experience was so upsetting that I felt it was necessary to speak up. I won't be returning.
We were so happy with our experience at LTL! Staff were delightful & helpful. We live regionally so had the dress posted the week before the event & popped it back in the mail after. Super smooth process & would totally recommend it! Well, I already have…😉
Fantastic range of gowns , perfect for school balls and glam evening events! Everything in great condition and staff are super helpful!
