Came in to this store in September of 2019 to redeem some items I had on pawn here. And after being quoted a price to get them that was much higher than originally anticipated, I was threatened with PHYSICAL VIOLENCE by the owner after making clear I would not return. While I may have been wrong about the price, I did absolutely nothing to deserve that kind of behavior. And even while I was upset, I still treated the man with respect. Mr. P******** did misunderstand the fees he was being charged. I will agree with him that our disagreement should have never escalated to the point that it did. I will take responsibility for that and I apologize (long overdue) for my reactions to your concerns about the fees. He definitely did not deserve it. I wish you a Happy Holiday Season.

Management here is rude. Foul mouthed and unprofessional. Was in here last week and people working in here were cussing in front of customers. So I left the store and dont plan to return. If you go on Google and Yelp apparently they have a history of this behavior. One man even alleged he was threatened by the owner. Hopefully they clean up their act
Owner threatens customers, cusses around them. Acts ridiculous. Stay away!

Mr. P******** came in to redeem some items from pawn. He was quoted a price on July 28 2019 for pick up. He came in September 27 2019 and thought he should be able to pay the price quoted him 2 months earlier. He felt we were being unfair and said he would never come back and we tried to explain to him why we were charging what we were. We deal in Cash Only on pawn redemption but he asked about using his debit card. We offered to take his debit card to make it convenient for him but we would have to add a 2% convenience fee ... read more
