They send text advising you can renew your loan. They have to pull your credit, no problem. Manager told employee she did not like what she saw and denied my loan. I would have understood if I had never been a customer but have been for at least two years. I asked then why tell me I can renew knowing that you would not approve it and still have this hard inquiry on my credit. This is predatory practices.
