You try to call them but it hangs up I’ve been trying to get hold of them for two days. I was thinking maybe they are in break but I called 45 minutes after they open. Then two hours later same thing maybe they are at lunch. So I call one hour an half. No answer still I call thirty minutes to closing same outcome.

Matt Pedersen has been amazing, our first home went smoothly even though it was our first home and I had a commission job, refinancing that home, also seamless, buying our next home, no problems, even with a new job and income changes, and then, most recently refinancing that home was the most painless process of the 4 I've had with Matt Pedersen and Loan Simple.
