I worked with Katrina while going through the refi process, and she was awesome. I'll admit, my understanding of the terms, documents and processes when it comes to real estate/mortgage transactions is VERY limited, but she was very patient with me and my 1000 questions. So if you want the process to be smooth (and probably learn a thing or two along the way!) these are your guys.
