Joe is great to work with as is the rest of the Guild Mortgage team. He kept us informed on rates and we were able to lock in at the perfect time. my wife and I had never purchased a home before and were very nervous about the whole process. Joe and his team took their time to walk us through each step in the process and kept our perspective clear throughout each stage. From the beginning they help create a budget and see what was realistic to purchased and then further created a package that fit perfectly within our means.
