Jacob took control of my home loan 12 months ago he managed to reduce my interest rate by nearly 1% compared to what CBA was giving me without having to change banks as a result he was able to reduce my monthly repayment by $400 per month but we keep our the monthly repayment the same which has allowed me to pay my home loan of 9 years earlier. Called Loan Market about a home loan and had a meeting about it. Mentioned that I would be interested in a 2% loan and they said all sounds good and sent me an application to fill out. Some of the links on the application do not work, I have spent days trying to contact them to no response. I think they have decided there could be difficulties involved in the 2% loan and have decided to ghost me rather than responding. Luckily, I have moved onto to another morgate broker. It is really a unprofessional and rude thing to do.
