Reception at the address doesnt seem to want to have customers, it is great to have an 'annoyed face' already from Monday morning. Also she doesn't know what I am talking when I mention for home loan. Also the number I rang is just hung up. As a home loan agency not answering calls and reception doesnt know what business going on is big "no" already for me.
