As a former loans officer myself it was an insightful pleasure to work with Narelle. As we put together my seemingly impossible proposal Narelle gave no guarantees, but as the process continued her determination shone through and with a few finesse adjustments and her years of industry knowledge, what was initially unrealistic folly has transformed into the restoration of my life's dream. Very professional, efficient and understanding. Couldn't be happier.
Narelle has done an amazing job! My loan was complicated to say the least, but nothing was too hard or a problem. She was able to get me a loan and help every step of the way. It was a great experience dealing with Narelle.
Narelle was so professional and listened to my personal requirements for a loan. I would recommend.
Narelle went above and beyond to help our family secure the home loan for our dream home. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always took the time to answer our questions and keep us informed. We are so grateful for the time, effort, and dedication she put into making our dream a reality. We highly recommend Narelle to anyone looking for a broker who genuinely cares about her clients and works tirelessl... read more
Very happy with the service… we’re probably not the easiest of clients to deal with, but Narelle has been nothing but patient, helpful, informative and tirelessly diligent. Would 100% recommend, thank you.
