Mark has been so accommodating with all of our needs. He gave us options and his professional opinion but in a way we could understand and really with worked with us. From our original home loan to re financing to do an extension and then re financing recently and saved us big time with the interest rates. Could not reccomend him highly enough.

Wanted to charge 1k to broker our loan ontop of what the banks pay him. Rips you off and lies, once signed up impossible to get on the phone or ask questions about how the loan approval process is going, terrible communication. Un-needed stress at a already stressful time. Went with another broker with only a couple of weeks left to settle, was 100 times better.
