Great initial engagement to get our home loan to begin with, but post home loan engagement significantly dropped. Attempted to contact her via email (13/11/2021, 23/11/2021, 9/05/2022) on two occasions to refinance pre interest rates went up, but I was simply ignored. Attempted to call, but no call back. No follow ups throughout the year to explore re-financing, so cannot recommend unless your happy to chase down your broker yourself for updates/competitive financing. Great initial engagement, but post was non-existent.
