I refinanced my house with them. At the beginning multiple phone calls after I signed they almost disappeared. I had to call to know uodated on my settlement that after a message of Successful settlement, I received an email from somebody else telling me that for some delays my settlment didnt happen. Very disappointed... after weeks finally happened and when I asked information on the account and home loan info they didnt bother to reply. Very poor behavior. Highly not recommended.

Absolute waste of time, mucked us around for weeks stringing us along claiming that our application had been submitted and that negotiations were happening only for the broker to simply stop communicating
