Jacob took control of my home loan 12 months ago he managed to reduce my interest rate by nearly 1% compared to what CBA was giving me without having to change banks as a result he was able to reduce my monthly repayment by $400 per month but we keep our the monthly repayment the same which has allowed me to pay my home loan of 9 years earlier.
