Not a great experience with Loanguides. Was with them for nearly 3 years and when I decided to refinance away to a new bank and broker after some lackluster service. When trying to refinance away Loanguides and the bank delayed and stalled and took 38 days to get my new loans settled. Promises of phones calls being returned that took days and emails going unanswered. Refusing to communicate with my new broker. Very unprofessional from my own personal experience.
