My daughter's buyer used the Loan Factory and we had the worst experience possible. I have been in the industry and I know how loans should be processed. MATT HANG from the Loan Factory refused to allow a 10-day loan contingency to be removed for 25 days after the contract was signed. There were no issues with the loan, but the but the loan contingency was not removed until the loan was "cleared to close".
