The worst of the worst. We agreed upon a time frame, I drove 2 hours in the wee hours to arrive on time. They didn’t come. When I called they said I could not cancel without a 50% charge of the full job. Then when they came, a day after I needed them and 24 hours after our agreed upon time, they didn’t take the entirety of the order. Try task rabbit. The customer service team called me. Great experience from start to finish. LoadUp's website was easy to navigate and submit my request. Their communication via email and text was thorough. I was kept in the loop at all times from the order submission to the loaders' arrival to the completion of the order. Tariq and his partner arrived on time and got my enormous, ugly couch out of the apartment quickly and smoothly. The upfront pricing on the website was the best feature.
