Pick up was great! The team that picked up the mattress were very nice & professional. Easy to work with. I assume it’s an inconvenience to a get a pick up crew to rural areas. Had scheduled a pick up on Tuesday. Received a call 15 minutes before reserved time ended. To inform me there would be no pick up that day. That was disappointing, since I had reserved that time slot & waited the 4 hour window for delivery. Rescheduled for today. (Thursday). No issues with pick up.
