The LoadUp Employees’ were Polite, and Quick. I felt bad I gave short notice for a dirty couch, but it was picked up the next day on Time. Christophear communicated with me where he was and how long it would be. Very Cool. Thank You All again.
The folks did a great job on the garage clean out.
The customer service and communication was excellent. However, when the loader arrived, it was not the “sit back and we will take care of everything” experience we were told to expect. Initially, he said he was only supposed to pick up the old mattress and knew nothing about the install of the new mattress. Then, my husband had to help him carry the old mattress out of the house and load onto the truck.
