Very positive experience with LoadUp in Boston. The national sales agents I dealt with over the phone on two occasions were efficient and helpful. In my situation, it was not entirely clear how much would be cleared until we got to the actual pick-up. This made me nervous about how the upfront pricing would work. I need not have worried.
