So pleased with this service. I needed to get rid of an old mattress and box spring. Was able to schedule online for next day pick-up. You pick a time window but you can 'track your order' day of and see where you are in the window. They even reached out when they were available earlier than expected. Professional, efficient, great communication. Highly recommend.
