It was so easy and such a breeze to book this service to pick up my old mattress! Online booking was clear and straight forward with several options. Communication was impecable, I got timely e-mails about what to expect, when the loaders were scheduled, alert texts and a call from the loader (on the scheduled date) giving me a heads up when they were on their way. The guys who assembled my bed were great. Company lost a star for taking so long to send someone.
The customer service was great and the accuracy was amazing. The driver was very professional and communicated effectively with his ETA. I will definitely use load up again and I will highly recommend it to my friends.
