Excellent Service
I had already moved across country when I contacted Load-Up to clean out my apartment. They gave me a quote and we scheduled a time. They removed my stuff and delivered it to a donation facility and cleaned out the rest of the junk. I never met them but they were very courteous on the phone and they got the job done for the amount quoted. I couldn’t ask for more than that from a company. Thank you. I would highly recommend them.
I needed a quick, reliable service to come move a queen sized mattress out of my house. House is small so needed the mattress moved pretty quickly after the new one was delivered. I hadn’t used Loadup before but they had good reviews. Their website was easy to navigate and it was so easy to set up my service. Communication was excellent from the initial booking thru the item pick up and follow up. Will definitely use again. Thank you!
