Exceptional customer service from LoadUp! We needed to have a crib picked up and returned to Nestig, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Sam from customer service was absolutely exceptional—professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the process. Communication was great, and everything was handled exactly as expected. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely use LoadUp again. Highly recommended! 👏
Load Up did a terrific job removing my couch, chair, and old mattress. It was just Jason, who was professional, courteous, friendly, and quick! I would definitely recommend Jason and Load Up to anyone needing furniture removal from their home!
James and his assistant showed up the day they promised and were very professional. They moved the items out of the house in a conscientious manner. I would definitely hire Load Up again. The communication with the company was very good.
Thanks for the quick pick up.
