Perfect! They swapped out king sized mattresses, assembling the new one and hauling the old one off. They were on time and polite and quick! Thanks guys
Save yourself the hassle and do not use this company. The day and time frame they give you means nothing. They tried to reschedule my appt from Saturday to Monday several times, even after I told them I was unavailable on Monday. They called me minutes before my arrival window to try to move it AGAIN, even though I had already received texts and emails that day that someone was coming. Tried to cancel at the end of the day after no one coming and no phone calls back from them and they wanted to keep 50% for not showing up. I... read more
Load Up guys were fast, professional and very attentive. Price was okay if compared with others. Also their pricing and schedule process is extremely easy and friendly. I would recommend.
The guys , Landan and Brandan were right on time, and very nice and knowledgeable.
Miguel and his helper updated me with their ETA and arrived on time. I can't express how wonderful they were. I will be using them going forward
