Mattress Pick up today; Loader (Jose) was great! The rating is for the Loader and his service; Appreciate his time! Would like to add though the company was scheduled to pick up for me yesterday on Sunday and they did not come; They communicated at the very last minute, only after I sent a few texts and messages sharing my dismay; therefore my day was wasted, When they did respond they were apologetic. Appreciated that!
