The driver, Seyd was very friendly and and took care of the loading efficiently.
On time and prepared to get it done. Went smooth without any problems.
I never even got an appointment but was thoroughly disappointed. I used the online system to set up an appointment for the following day. I put my credit card info in and acredit card pre-authorization was sent but I never was sent an appointment confirmation. I called to verify my appointment and there was none. She said the system sometimes does that when setting up an appointment online. I'm having a hard time with this logic. The credit card portion of the online system works but not the actual making of the appointment.
Very good company. Came the day after I set up the appointment. They came earlier than the estimated time frame. Courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
