Customer service was a bit of a pain to negotiate when trying to reschedule my time slot for a mattress set up. However, the team that came was knowledgeable about latex mattress setup, friendly, and efficient. Because of the two individuals that set up my mattress, I would highly recommend this company.

This was not a good experience. Booked a pickip window 12p>4p, and took time off to dedicate to being at the location of the pickup for that already broad window. Was notified the day of the pickup that the window was narrowed to 3p>4p. 4:00p came and went, and I had zero communications or updates when to expect the pickup to happen. 5:00p rolled around and still nothing.
